These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Graphic Hub website and any services requested from us. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Graphic Hub
Graphic Hub operates as a freelance digital agency providing design, development, branding, and related digital services. Graphic Hub is not represented on this website as a registered business entity.
2. Services
We provide services including but not limited to web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, SEO, and digital marketing. Exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed separately for each project.
3. Project Agreement
A project begins only after both parties agree on scope, cost, payment terms, and delivery timeline through written communication (email, chat, or proposal). Website content alone does not constitute a binding project contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback
- Supply content, assets, and approvals needed to complete the work
- Make agreed payments according to the project schedule
- Ensure they have rights to any materials they provide to us
5. Payments
Payment terms are defined per project. Unless otherwise agreed, work may require an advance payment before starting and milestone payments during development or design phases.
6. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or major scope changes may require extra time and cost.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed deliverables and usage rights as defined in the project agreement. Graphic Hub may retain the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Graphic Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed terms. Work completed up to the termination date may still be payable. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled in good faith, and where necessary, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
