Refund Policy

Because Graphic Hub provides custom digital and design services, refunds are handled on a project basis according to the terms agreed before work begins.

1. General Policy

All payments made for custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started, as time, effort, and resources are allocated immediately to your project.

2. Advance / Booking Payments

If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting any consultation, planning, or administrative costs already incurred. This is decided case by case.

3. Project Cancellation After Start

If a project is cancelled after work has started:

  • Payments for completed milestones or delivered work are non-refundable
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full
  • No refund is provided for time already spent on design, development, research, or revisions

4. Dissatisfaction With Deliverables

We include agreed revision rounds to ensure client satisfaction. Refunds are not typically issued for subjective design preferences when revisions were offered within the agreed scope. If there is a genuine failure to deliver agreed scope, we will first attempt to resolve it through corrections or completion of the work.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice or made a clear payment error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case for a full refund of the duplicate amount.

6. Non-Delivery by Graphic Hub

If Graphic Hub is unable to deliver the agreed service and has not provided acceptable alternatives, a fair refund may be issued for the undelivered portion of the project after mutual review.

7. Third-Party Costs

Refunds do not include third-party expenses already paid on your behalf, such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, stock assets, ads, or software licenses.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where possible.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email graphichub2304@gmail.com with your name, project details, payment information, and reason for the request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
